now that's nice to see...people in office with a sense of humor...too bad it's too cold to live up there...brrrr
Now that is downright cool. I know, I know, I'm just an old hippie who still uses that word to describe something neat-o.
If they don't give it to Bob Dylan... they should. Is current residency required? He should get an award for growing up in Hibbing. brrrrrrr....also for rhyming "leaders" with "parking meters".
