Time for Gold

The things you humans do to each other, in the name of love, makes you the most spiritless creatures on the planet. We try to show what real love is, but humans don't get it. Selfless love will always be paid back to you much more than you give it. But you humans continue on this road of selfish love, the kind that gives absolutely nothing in return. --(SIGH)--

We will not start loving you less, we can't, the spirit of the universe has made us this way. All I ask is that you try learn from example.

EEEPPPP! Nancy, I changed that link until I could review that book.

I skimmed that book, but not in depth. I guess some parts didn't get my attention. I need to have some coffee before I start posting in the morning.

The link is now to a children's book. I hope that is safe. I have not read this book either, but it is a Newbury Medal winner, I trust their guidance. I've never been disappointed with a Newbury winner.

Yes, I read children's books and young adult books, some are even better than complicated adult books.

Thanks for your scrutiny. Sometimes I just need to be hit with a wake up slap. (or a playful spank, either way it would wake me up. ;)

Are you going to be blogging soon? I hope, I hope, I hope.

Love you, Have a great weekend.

PoP - I learn a lot from Fred. Contentment is easy when your life is simple.

AZ - That movie is going on my list. I love those kind of flicks.

Oh sure, love your pets more than you love humans. Exactly where do you expect this to get you?

There is no way I would get involved with a woman that puts her pets over humans, and they all do.

There you go. XOXOXOXOXOXO

And all that fake bull. :-)

Isn't interesting to see how some people just enjoy putting a damper on things... ;-)

Raining on people's parades...

Just makes THEM look wet and smelly.

Aren't we lucky to be in blog world... ;-)

XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOOXOXOXOXOXOX ;-)

By the way, Luscious is back home where she belongs. Honey & I are absolutely thrilled... and yeah..they are MY priority ;-) and I wouldn't want anybody wet and smelly anyway.. ;-)

Well, Nancy, it looks like someone is trying show us an example of the kind of spiritless human which is the point of the post.

I forgive, they will not change. We just have to accept that these humans exist and learn to live with all kinds of attitudes and ideals. We can try to understand, and we can effect them by accepting that they are not wrong or misguided, just a different face. We all have differences, and this uniqueness is what makes life so interesting. Eeveryone's thoughts processes work different just like people look different. Some are similar, and some are dissimilar. We will never escape this diversity, it is a permanent part of our world.

No race today, but I did a long run . The endorphines are flowing.

Peace for all.

I'm not trying to rain on anyones parade. I was making a very valid point even if some of you can't see it.

If I was in a war zone for example and I had to choose between helping another human or a pet, knowing that the one I didn't help was going to die, I would choose to help the human.

Even if I didn't like that human very much, I still value human life over a dogs or cats life. They are after all, just dogs and cats.

Believe me, if we were in a war zone, you would want me there over having your dog there. I could help save your life, all your dog would do is lick your face while you died.
