The summer fun continues into August, posting will be rather light as my world is very busy lately. Alabama State 5K Championship are tomorrow, I go to rub elbows with the elite (and run, of course).

    Even with lots and lots of training, I don't think that my little Honey could ever whistle..hey she's sweet & cute..that's enough for me! lol
