Thank Dog Its Friday

I'm sure we've all heard that phrase, I know a couple of my unreal sicko blog friends shout that phrase at me knowing I find Dogs more spiritual than the human inspired gods.

Dogs know what love is, they seem to give it unconditonally, and they keep showing us how to love, no matter how badly we behave to them or to each other. They treat us as if we are are their gods - we don't deserve it.

In keeping with my theme this week and shouting out about my favorite bloggers, I saved the best for last. WhAt'S oN mY mInD? is the random "babblings" of Nancy, the slave of Luscious and Honey. These three beautiful creatures remind us, even when we think that life seems too difficult to continue, there are many people fighting to live. It's worth the fight, and she only has too look at her two canine companions for all the reasons in the world to live. She will say what is on her mind, rant about the challenges the universe has created for her, and babble about the wonderful people and canines in her life, letting us know "Life is Good".

Anyhow, I surf my way over to her blog to scrape up some material for today's post, and there she is blogging about some guy who hears voices. That's great, all we need is another sicko blogger hearing voices in his head, how many mentally abnormal bloggers can the blogosphere hold. However, the other links to the blogs she babbled about today in her Interesting Concepts post are great, she does have good taste in blogs, but don't pay too much attention to the guys with voices in their heads, they'll be trouble.

Nancy, I want to imbed a song here for you. I don't have time at the moment, but I'll come back later and try to do that. It'll be something new for me to learn.

The song is Suddenly I See by KT Tunstall. (Click title to play song)

My poor little dog had to have several growths removed this week and he has a bunch of stitches. Plus now he has to wear one of those plastic collars that keeps him from chewing or scratching himself. Bless his heart, he's having a rough time. I'm hoping Fred the Cat doesn't make fun of him when I'm not around.

You quack me up. Go try living with some of those women and see if you don't change your mind.

You'll be back to Dogs so fast that your head will be spinning and the voices will be even more confusing.

You need a woman like Helen, that is what you need.

PoP - You know Fred has just been waiting for his chance. I wonder if Fred knows how easy it is to sneak up on dogs when their wearing those things. Fred new nickname for him will be "funnelhead".

God is just dog spelled backwards. How much more proof could a person need of the divinity of these creatures?

If this helen chick is so awesome, why isn't bbc over there wooing her instead of harassing you all the freaking time? Just askin'.

Good morning! ;-)

Thank you, this is very nice. As I mentioned on my blog today, I have very special people in "MY BLOGOSPHERE WORLD" and you are very me anyway.

True, I'm certainly not for everybody. Who is? To be my friend, you have to be pretty special indeed. Go over to my blog and see.. ;-) Need I say more?

So I'm reading your post and just bawling away, read FAB's comment and start laughing, read Pam's comment and start cheering, listen to the song and it puts me into a groove. I mentioned just that today also. Hey! Great minds think alike! ;-) I was going to finish my blog today with .. Life is Good! but then I thought.. well I say it enough.. LOL

BTW my special friend with the voices, can I be the blondie goldie? wink.. ;-) I much prefer sticking around people who hear voices than those zealous religious over achievers who think they are GOD.

Have I ever told you that Friday posts are my all time favourites? ;-)

Oh! Sionnach, I absolutely love what you said... how true!!!

Oh! yeah.. am I ever the slave to my two little sweethearts and they deserve it so much! ;-)

Have a great weekend!

LOVE YOU gros comme le ciel!

I just got an e-mail that was so cute. It said that God gave us the dog to remember we were loved unconditionally and then he gave us the cat to remind us that we are dirt. Ha! I love 'em all. Love the post.

Hey hold on. I hear voices all the time. But then, I have to work with a lot of LOUD people who I would happily replace with dogs.

Yeah, I think that you two should meet in person.

I can't wait for the report back to the rest of us after a year.

I forgot to add.

Or haven't you figured out yet that women that do that are really screwed up and only into themselves?

What I like about dogs is their constant enthusiasm for everything in their lives - they don't sit around moping and letting all the good things go past them. Everything is a joy for a dog.

I hear voices too - in fact they woke me up this morning.

Aren't you forgetting something?

I deserve to be taken care of(by MOI) but they deserve my attention too. ;-)

Oh and by the way, I went out today and spoilt myself.. it's my 12th year anniversary with a man who truly sacrificed a part of himself to make my life a whole lot better... so yeah.. I thought of MOI today.. AGAIN! Life is good! XOXOXOXOOXOX BBC you can get two of those... ;-)

BBC said...

Nope, I didn't forget a thing.

That man didn't give to you so that you could spoil yourself.

How do you know what that man wanted?

It's not all about you.

cbb said...

The attention only encourages him.

Anonymous said...

I know but I feel sorry for him.

Who believes in God nowadays? and that's who he thinks he is. Poor man, he's delusional.

oopppsss sorry, I didn't mean to offend anyone by saying "who believes in God nowadays?"

I just meant: who believes in the one that BBC is trying to portray.
